1. Eligibility

IntimOne is an adult platform. By accessing it you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), that adult content is legal where you live, and that you are accessing it voluntarily.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload, request or share content involving anyone under 18, or non-consensual content.
• Record, screenshot or redistribute streams without explicit permission.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud other users or models.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, security or moderation systems.

4. Tokens & payments

Tokens are a limited license to access features and have no cash value outside the platform. All purchases are processed by our payment partners and appear under a discreet billing descriptor. Except where required by law, token purchases are final; refund requests are reviewed case by case.

5. Content & models

Models retain ownership of their content and grant IntimOne a license to host and stream it. All models complete age and identity verification, and records are maintained in accordance with our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement. We may remove content that violates these terms at any time.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntimOne is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
