All models, performers and persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on IntimOne were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the content was created. IntimOne verifies the age and identity of every performer using government-issued identification before any broadcast.

User-generated content

IntimOne is a platform that hosts content produced by independent models. With respect to such content, IntimOne acts as a service provider. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A for performers are maintained by the producers and by IntimOne as applicable.
