Our commitment
IntimOne respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We also act quickly to remove non-consensual or unlawfully shared content.
Filing a takedown notice
To request removal, send a written notice to our designated agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on IntimOne.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the corresponding information required by the DMCA. We may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
